Marriage Law Foundation publishes April 2008 digest

The Marriage Law Foundation released its Marriage Law Digest for April 2008 with recent cases and law review articles. There are several noteworthy items pertaining to the interaction between religious liberty and same-sex marriage and sexual orientation nondiscrimination, such as Willock v. Elane Photography (wedding photographer compelled against conscience to photograph same-sex commitment ceremony).
